Scott has been in the homebuilding industry for over 40 years, founding Brookline Homes in 2014 and guiding the organization through it's first 10 successful years. After recently turning over the leadership role to daughter and Chief Executive Rainmaker Andi Dirkschneider Bliss, he consults on product design and strategic planning, but has more well-earned time for the RV and to improve his golf game! Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska.
