Ian has been working as a MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator), for over 8 years, primarily focusing on new construction lending. Communicative and responsive, his knowledgeable and congenial approach has won him several awards for customer service in the building industry.

When Ian is not helping people fulfill their dreams of home ownership, he is managing an 11-acre horse farm with his fiancé where they have 2 horses, 4 chickens, 2 ducks, 3 dogs, 5 cats and always a handful of wild geese in the pond. Any time left after work is used to mountain bike and hike. Ian's biggest accomplishments the past few years are hiking Rim to Rim of the Grand Canyon (24 miles in 11 hours!) and he has climbed Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.

Michael is a bilingual loan officer and immediate past president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (Nahrep) - Charlotte chapter. With a varied background as an Investment Consultant on Wall St. and business entrepreneur, he found his calling with Movement Mortgage and has served for nearly 7 years.
